UtilityOne, LLC, is a recently formed subsidiary of FirstPoint Energy Corporation. UtilityOne was one of the first platforms on the scene to provide e-commerce business functionality, designed specifically for the energy industry, connecting utilities worldwide to their customers.

The software modules from this platform are now available on a licensed basis, allowing utilities to rapidly deploy Internet capability providing customers with new services, enhancing customer loyalty and entering new markets.

UtilityOne's software has been proven and tested in such deregulated states as California, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. In these tough environments, the product successfully provided more than 50,000 customers a seamless experience with sign-up, billing, bill presentation, payment collection and customer center capabilities.

The UtilityOne platform architecture has been updated to take advantage of the latest, most flexible, Java technologies. The inherent flexibility of the software architecture allows utilities to rapidly deploy a fully operational and integrated Internet capability providing customers with new services, enhancing customer loyalty and entering new markets.

UtilityOne's e-commerce platform is available on a licensed basis, with integration, customization and enhancement services available from the experienced UtilityOne team. Utilities can select the software modules needed today, with the option to add additional modules, customize functionality to their specific needs or create new functionality as desired.

residential demonstation: Suburban Gas & Electric

For purposes of this demonstration, this fictional company sells electricity and gas, as well as long distance, DSL, and dial up Internet access service. You may complete a signup and view the "Your Account" area. You may also view demonstrations of our Lighting Efficiency Solution and of the Energy Efficiency Services application.

The Lighting Efficiency Solution (LES) provides an online tool to define current lighting and automatically identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency resulting from lighting upgrades. Potential savings and return on investment estimates are provided in real time. There is an LES demonstration available, with its own script (a Word formatted document) that you can print out.

Through Teldata Solutions (another subsidiary of our parent company, FirstPoint Energy Corporation), the Energy Efficiency Services (EIS) application makes online energy consumption monitoring and analysis available.
